Amazing as always, love how Jodi takes her time and we never feel rushed, truly a professional and someone I’d recommend to anyone!

I have gotten multiple piercings now over the past few years from Jodi and have always had a great experience with her. 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting any piercing in Bromsgrove. She is a kind and friendly person so there is never any anxiety (even though she is normally sticking me with a needle). She also has a great range of jewellery that isn't priced at an extortionate rate like other places I have been to. I have never had a bad experience here and am already thinking about what piercing I will get next.

Jodi was fantastic, she is super lovely and professional, she took a lot of time working out the placement to make sure it was perfect and talked me through all of the steps. I left knowing everything to expect and with a thorough after care plan. She is very gentle and even though the piercing its self hurt there has been no pain or swelling since.

Had such a lovely experience getting my ears pierced with Jodi ! I’m really picky with jewellery but she was so lovely and actually ordered some in for me that I liked. Such a great experience this morning for my daughter’s first lobe piercing at Helheim. Jodi was kind, caring and professional; she talked us through each step of the process and did lots of checking to see my daughter was ok. Spoilt for choice with options for first studs. Hygiene and cleanliness top notch and talked through proper after care. Really happy with the fact Jodi also offers a follow up appointment to check in on healing and next steps. Thanks so much! Jodi’s done two of my piercings now. She’s done my helix and my belly button. I would highly recommend. She’s really friendly and we’ve had good conversations both times. She also remembered me from the last time I went which I appreciated.
